Out of the box, it down clocks to the 1750MHz range and barely breaks 11,000 in Port Royal Best I could get out of it was ~11500 with adjustments.
Ftw3 has better air cooler, higher power target for overclocking, and better bining. Other than that, the performance is on par with XC3. I'd take the FTW for any GA102 card (3080, 3080 ti, 3090) and the XC3 for any GA104 card (3060 ti, 3070, 3070 ti). XC3 ultra is a good card but has a power draw limit which is slightly below that of a founders edition 3070. It's also got nice slim profile. But personally, I'd go for the 3070ti for the extra performance boost (though this card might run a bit hotter). The Founders Edition cards also look great.
